
个人简介:
彭小琪,男,1999年11月生,江西吉安人,汉族,共产党员,博士。现任赣南师范大学智能制造与未来能源学院专职教师。主要围绕锑基薄膜(硫化锑Sb2S3,硒化锑Sb2Se3,硒硫化锑Sb2(S,Se)3,银锑硫硒AgSb(S,Se)2等)新型光伏材料设计制备与器件性能提升研究。近年来,以第一作者在国际权威杂志Accounts of Chemical Research,Advanced Functional Materials,Journal of Energy Chemistry,Small,Journal of Materials Chemistry A等发表SCI论文6篇,以其他作者身份在Advanced Materials,Angewandte Chemie International Edition等期刊发表SCI论文20余篇。引用量超过400次,H因子为11。参与国家重点研发计划项目1项,国家自然科学基金面上项目2项,省市校级项目4项。担任Decarbon期刊(ESCI期刊)青年编委。

1.无机锑基薄膜半导体:研究无机锑基半导体薄膜的制备工艺、界面特性与缺陷调控策略,优化载流子输运性能,聚焦高效稳定无机锑基薄膜太阳能电池研发与应用;
2.光电器件开发:探究无机锑基薄膜半导体的缺陷演化与界面耦合机制,通过微观结构精准调控,开发高性能锑基光电探测,X射线成像检测应用。
